Florida October 2015 - Universal

So I've finally gone round to showing you all my Florida photos! :) I'm not going to write a lot – I know you're all just want to see all the pretty pictures. What I will say/ do is write my top 5 tips/ advice on Universal.

1. I'd be surprised if you have seen All of Universal in one day! I don't think you can see absolutely everything in one day. There's just so much to see and so much to take in, you really do need to take it all in slowly and just enjoy it!
On my first day we walked through Universal Studios and went towards Islands of Adventure. It was very quiet, probably the quietest it ever was when I was there. I still regret not going on the Jurassic Park ride first when the wait was only 5 minutes! Which leads me onto 2.

2. If the ride leads you getting wet and you’ve only just arrived and the wait is 5 minutes, just go on there! Seriously we had to go back another day on Jurassic Park and waited 40 minutes which wasn't THAT bad but still, that day we went back was incredibly busy and didn't really have the patience to wait all that time so if you see a ride you want to go on that's 5 minutes but you don't want to get wet because you've only just got here, you will dry afterwards! Who cares you're on holiday! Enjoy it!

3. You have to eat at the Hard Rock Café! It was sooo amazing seeing all the clothes and instruments that celebrities wore on big events! There was an Elvis Presley section on the second floor which I found fascinating! There were letters he had written and what looked like song lyrics – it was just so amazing that they were right in front of me. Amazing. And also the service there was just, outstanding!

4. I'm not a Harry Potter fan, never really got into it when I was young so Ive never followed the craze! However, I have to say, The Harry Potter train from Universal Studios to Islands of Adventure was brilliant! From walking to the train station, where you show your Universal ticket and walking through the ‘invisible wall’ and walking up the steps and you see the train.. Oh my word.. It was brilliant! The steam coming from the chimney and the staff dressed for the part – it was all excellent! I'd definitely recommend it. Even the train ride was really cool too, (won't tell you too much, don't want to spoil!) the whole experience was just fantastic and you MUST go on it even if you're not a Harry Potter fan!!

5. You have to go on the Spider-Man ride! It's not a thriller ride, I promise. It's a 3D ride which made me walk out like :O !! Mind you, it was my first ride.. It really put everything into perspective.

They really don't do anything half over in the States! They go all out and really made the whole entire experience brilliant! Writing this blog post is making me want to go so bad :(

It's Autumn!

Here are a list of things I love about Autumn

Those days where you don't have to move and it's windy and raining outside (😍)

I love seeing all the Halloween/Fireworks\ Christmas stuff out in shops- gets me excited! :D

Evenings get darker

The smell of homemade soup

Clocks going back – more time in bed

Hot water bottles in bed

My favourite Exfoliator and Cleanser for Winter 2015

I've only used these products for a few days but I have got to write how I feel about them now! They are uh-mazing! Seriously, why haven't I used these two before? What's going on?!

Ok, so first of all I use the GLAMGLOW® Flashmud™ Brightening treatment as an exfoliation rather than a mask because of it's consistency. It does say to apply on dry skin; for me it didn't work as well as I thought so I used it in the shower and wetted my face first before applying it and I found that that worked much better on my skin. So I use that first for my face and I work it in all over especially below my ears and on my neck because that's where my driest patches are and need more exfoliating attention. I have dry patches on my forehead, my cheeks and my chin and sometimes down the sides of my nose. Once I've done something else like shampoo and condition my hair I'll go back and wet it off.
I absolutely love how my skin feels after using this. It creates a luminous, balanced skin-tone that appears to be brighter and more even. Seriously. You need to try this!

Fresh Soy Face Cleanser – I had heard so many reviews and YouTube videos on this product. I was in Sephora and I couldn't say no to getting this for $15!
So once I've washed off all the GLAMGLOW® product I lather this all over my face. You don't need to use too much either, it goes a long way! At first I didn't really like the smell (it smells of cucumber which I don't like! )But after a while I got used to it and again, I loved how it made my skin feel.  It does say on the back that it doesn't strip out any of the skins essential moisture. It gently cleanses makeup and impurities. My skin feels very healthy, nourished and soothing.

As its coming up to the colder season you really need to pay more attention to your skin and listen to what it's telling you. You really need to give your skin a good scrub with a good exfoliator to get rid of all the makeup grit and grime and scrub away the flakiness from your face because at this time of the year skin tends to dry up a lot quicker and creates flakiness which looks uneven after you've applied foundation.

So there you have it my two ultimate favourite skincare products this season which everybody should consider trying.
Have any of you used these products together or just on their own? Let me know what your thoughts are.
Also, I really want to try out the Josie Maran Argan Oil for my face after using here? Has anybody used this on their face? Is it too heavy? Do you think it would be great over the Winter months? Comment your thoughts below :)

Sephora Haul Florida 2015

Hello!

So I thought I'd share with you my Sephora/ one thing from Walgreen’s beauty haul.

Ole Henriksen The clean truth™ cleansing cloths Brightening – I've heard so much about these and I couldn't say no to buying them. I have used them a few times but not enough to do a review so I will do that shortly.

GLAMGLOW® Flashmud™ Brightening treatment- I haven't seen this one before but it was on the counter for me try so I tried a little bit on my hand when I was there and carried on shopping and when I went back to it I got rid of all the bits that were left on my hand (exfoliant) and I couldn't believe how soft my hand was. It was amazing. I couldn't say no!

GLAMGLOW® ThirstyMud™ Hydrating Treatment – I have dry skin and heard many Youtubers raving on about this product so I didn't want to purchase the full size because they are priced so I purchased the smaller size for I think it was $19. I haven't used much of it yet but so far I really like it. Full review coming soon!

Smashbox Photo finish Foundation Primer Hydrating – I think you've caught the just that I have dry skin. No seriously. Every time I put foundation on in the morning it looks flaky by 11am. So I'm going to do all it takes to keep my skin hydrated. Hopefully this will suffice.

Origins GinZing™ Refreshing Eye Cream – I LOVE this product. Holy grail. Life saver. Full review can be seen here.

Fresh Soy Face Cleanser – Again, I've heard so much about this product. I couldn't say no especially because the price was $15, not bad I thought. So far I'm loving this with the GLAMGLOW® brightening treatment. Full review will be done soon.

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer - I've been looking for a really good concealer, you know? The ones which aren’t hard and drying or ones that are too liquid you and create lines. So I heard this concealer would be great. So far I'm loving it. Really brightens up the eye area and doesn't create lines. Will do a full review soon :)

NARS Sheer Glow Foundation – I haven't had chance to use this yet because obviously when I was shopping for it I had a tan but I knew when I got home I'd go pale so I had to get a lighter shade. Obviously my tan hasn't gone yet so I haven't been able to use this Foundation as of yet but I seriously can't wait to!

EOS lip balm – The one thing I got at Walgreens. I loved how people always greeted you as soon as you went there with ‘Hi, welcome to Walgreens’ so cute. Again, seen so many talk about this so I had to pick it up on the last day.

So there you have it. I did buy a few clothing items when I was there. Do you guys want to see them? Outfit of the day post? Have any of you tried these products? What did you think of them? Yay or Nay? Thumbs up or down? Leave a comment below

Chow for now

Origins GinZing Eye Cream Review

Origins Gin Zin Refreshing Eye Cream

I cannot even..

Yeah. So I have been searching and penetrating every eye cream in the market for years and years. I have terrible dark circles; some people have made comments saying they looked bruised and asked if I'm feeling well because if I don't put eye cream/ concealer or foundation to cover it; I look like an ill panda. Seriously.
So for years I have tried everything from freezing spoons to putting eye creams in the fridge. I couldn't find anything whatsoever to make the slightest difference to my stoned- looking eyes.

Until..

I came across Origins Bin Zin Eye Cream.
I heard about this through blogs and YouTube videos and thought, why the hell not? I've tried everything else. I may as well try this too. When I looked up on how much it was going to cost I thought ‘No chance!!’ So I searched on eBay and came across a sample size. Buy it Now and I had it sent to me. Cut long story short I absolutely loved it, it was long lasting and when I recently went to the States I saw the full size pack in Sephora and went ‘Yep, that's going straight in my basket’ and I've been using it every morning ever since.

It states on the tub ‘Refreshing eye cream to brighten and de-puff’ that instantly drawn my attention to it because that is exactly what I need.
The cream itself is a peachy pink colour and is extremely light and non-greasy when working it in near the eye area. Following this, it’s excellent when concealer is added on afterwards. It doesn't flake and peel off which makes me love it even more!  It works very fast and you notice a difference within 5 minutes.

I am extremely happy with this product and I cannot recommend it enough. It is my holy grail product.

Au revoir!

October 2015 - Wish List

I LOVE Autumn. Autumn is my favourite season. The nights get darker, the days are crispy and you just feel all cosy and warm. Knitted jumpers, hot tea/ chocolate, jeans, boots; I even love the festive food on the shop shelves. It's exciting! I love it!

Enough of the rambling, I want to show you my Autumn wish list.

1. iPhone6s in Rose Gold

My contract runs out in the beginning of December so I'm definitely going to be purchasing this next. I figured the iPhone 6s Plus is too big for me and wouldn’t benefit me anymore than the 6s would. Also, the colour is just too cute to pass up.

2. Clarisonic Mia 2

I have been looking at a lot of blogs&abides about this product and it seems that it's a product you shouldn't miss out on. What the heck. I'm a skincare junkie and love taking care of my skin so why the hell not? Christmas present maybe?

3. River Island Molly Jeggins
These are a must for this season. Very Autumnal and would look great with just about anything!

4. River Island Beige Suede Ankle Boots

Do you guys have any wish lists for this Autumn? Let me know I'd love to hear yours :)

Top 4 things you need to do/purchase before DisneyWorld.

So I've just one back from the best holiday ever in Orlando, Florida. Yes I went to DisneyWorld and yes it was truly magical. Magic Kingdom as definitely my favourite park the atmosphere was just incredible; people smiling at you, the Disney music playing in the background, the smell and of course the big one… Cinderella’s castle at the end of Main Street. I have to admit I did tear up a little…
Any ways now that I'm back I thought I would do a blog post on tips before you head out there. Things you should consider and things you must do.

1. ESTA- you must remember to fill out these forms otherwise you won't be allowed into the country. Simple as.
2. Disney Experience- once you have booked your holiday whether you're staying at a Disney Hotel or any hotel you should consider getting yourself a Disney Experience account ( https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan/ ) Having this account makes your holiday a hell of a lot smoother! You can get FastPasses+ for some rides. You can also get PhotoPass+ and have photographers take pictures of you and your family together which then gets sent to your Disney Experience account and then you can share them on Facebook/Instagram etc. You can even make reservations for Disney restaurants.  More info on their FAQ page (https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/faq/my-disney-experience/disney-experience/ )
3. Data Roaming/ Aeroplane Mode- As soon as I boarded the plane from Gatwick I turned my phone into Airplane mode and turned my Data Roaming off. If you don't want to come home from a two week holiday with a million pound phone bill then you need to do just that. I contacted my mum via Whatsapp (Wifi) and Facetimed her twice(Wifi) and I've come home and there have been no added charges to my phone bill.
4. Shoes. SHOES. SHOES!!! I cannot stress enough how bad you need comfy shoes. I wore my sketchers and they were a god send. The memory foam really made the difference for me. They were really comfortable. You will be walking for miles and miles and miles. You cannot walk in wedges around the Disney Parks. It is probably impossible.

So there you have it. They are my top tips and reminders to do before you head to Orlando. If you have any questions, please ask and I'll try my very best to answer! If you have booked your holiday and are going then enjoy and have the time of your life!
